 To return a product purchased from eHealthSupplies.com, please email us at info@ehealthsupplies.com  and we will email you a Return Authorization form to fax back to us.

All products, unless stated otherwise, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full money back guarantee.   All products  unless stated otherwise, are charged a 15% restocking fee  or per the manufacturer if they are proven to be non-defective.  Warranty Issues- All products purchased from eHealthSupplies.com com include a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer with you have any issues with your product. Login to your account if you need a copy of your receipt. eHealthSupplies.com, LLC is not responsible for warranty issues and all concerns are to be addressed to the manufacturer.    



We do not pay for return shipping, nor do we refund promotional shipping. Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.  Return shipping costs are not reimbursed and the product must be received by us no later than 30 days after you receive it. Products received after this will not be accepted. No exceptions!
 
Please return your product in the original condition with all original packaging, including manual, inserts and packing materials. Products damaged by customer can not be returned nor will they be accepted. If your product arrived damaged, you must contact us immediately by email (within 24 hours of receipt) and also let the shipping company know once the item arrives. All orders are inspected to insure all they are sent back in original condition with all parts and pamphlets.
 

Please do not tape or write anything on the product or box. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
 
Failure to send your product back without an RA # will result in a restocking fee, not to exceed 15% of the purchase price. Orders sent back to us or the manufacture without prior notice or RA# will be charged a 20% restocking fee charge.


Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Orders Refused on Delivery

If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping plus a 15% restock fee or possibly refusal of the return which will then be automatically sent back to you.

 
Face Masks, ViraMasks, Rollators, Wheelchairs, Bidets  and used nebulizers can't be returned due to health  and contamination reasons. If your product is defective, please contact manufacturer as your item is under warranty.

When you return the item, please return it using the same shipping company by which the product was delivered. Example (UPS, Fedex etc) All items must be insured and tracking information needs to be obtained in order to ensure safe and accurate delivery back. Items which are not insured or which do not have proof of delivery may not be credited back. For your protection, keep the tracking information until credit has been received.

Cancellations:

If you  you are liable for all shipping and handling charges (including promotional outbound shipping) and return shipping.

 

Fraudulent Chargebacks:

Claiming a charge as fraudulent to avoid payment for your order is illegal and any and all violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Your credit card company and the authorities will be notified. eHealthSupplies.com, LLC considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:

We reserve the right to file civil charges against fraudulent charge-back requests using the digital identity law which holds IP addresses as legally-binding proof of your identity and your order. By ordering, you agree to pay any and all civil damages if you dispute the charge with your credit card company as this will constitute a beach of agreement.

All information on fraudulent accounts will be turned over to assist in locating and prosecuting any and all parties. You may be subject to significant fines and or/confinement.In the event a chargeback is performed we may assess a handling fee in the amount of US  $125.00  per occurrence. All charge-back disputes will be resolved by a board of arbitration of our choice in a site of our choice.

In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, eHealthSupplies.com, LLC will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency, and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus Equifax, Experian and TransUnion as a delinquent collection account. This will severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. This will Negatively impact a your  credit history, May limit your ability to obtain credit and May limit a your ability to obtain employment.

At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. Note: The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to eHealthSupplies.com, LLC before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS! Requesting a charge-back costs you money. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us directly and we will be happy to help you and thus avoid your having to pay charge-back and associated legal fees.
